Meet Harold Seara
With a background in Systems Engineering and operations management, Harold Seara brings experience from different areas of the aviation industry to his work with maintenance technology. He has participated in system implementations, testing, training, and transitions to live operations, working with technical and operational teams to understand how information is used in practice. He founded MobAirTech to help aviation organizations address data problems within their existing applications. His focus is on improving data quality and traceability so maintenance teams have clearer information and stronger support for their decisions.
